ME, YOU AND YOUR CONTRACTOR

In this blog, you will learn how BÉKE Design is able to work with your contractor to create your perfect home in just a few steps.

1. CLIENT WISHES

This is the verbal design step. It is time to discuss the wishes of the client. The client shares their vision for the space, voices any concerns, and shares ideas and budgets. We communicate different ideas and talk thoroughly about the vision - all prior to a physical examination and measure.

2. MEETING, MEASURING, MARKING

The next step is meeting the contractor. The contractor, client and Becky will meet at the job site to get a visual of the project. They take measurements, and talk about the potential of the space.

3. THE PLAN

After the contractor and client meeting, Becky begins drawing the floor plan!

This is when the project comes to life.

4. APPROVAL

She then sends the floor plan views and 3D images to the client and the contractor for approval. Here is a time where the client can voice any specific opinions, concerns, or changes that they might want to make in the project. If approved, Becky moves from the line-drawn renderings into more "realistic" type drawings that include color and product material.

5. EXECUTING THE VISION

The last step is construction. Once the plans are approved, the contractor can start collecting more detail about the project and the building process begins.
